Ex-Forham forward and grad transfer Christian Sengfelder has verbally committed to the Boise State Broncos, ESPN’s Jeff Goodman reported Thursday.
Sengfelder, who spent his first three seasons with Fordham (his only D-1 scholarship offer), has averaged 11.4 points and 5.8 rebounds in 93 career games.
The 6-7, 238-pounder is a native of Germany, and should be an immediate impact in the Boise State frontcourt, specifically at the power forward position.
The news of Sengfelder’s commitment comes just six days after the Broncos lost a commitment from 4* wing Roberto Gittens, who reclassified to 2018 and will reopen his recruitment process.
