The Indianapolis Colts forced the unbeaten Carolina Panthers to overtime and had a three-point lead before Graham Gano kicked two field goals, the latter from 52 yards after a Colts turnover, to deliver a 29-26 overtime win at home on Monday Night Football.
A third consecutive loss drops the Colts to 3-5. The Panthers improved to 7-0.
Carolina led 23-6 early in the fourth quarter before Colts quarterback Andrew Luck threw touchdown passes to Andre Johnson and Coby Fleener then Adam Vinatieri kicked a 24-yard field goal to force overtime.
