Despite continual reports for five days that Pagano had coached his final game after four seasons, the 55-year-old coach emerged victorious with owner Jim Irsay and general manager Ryan Grigson for a late Monday night press conference to announce a four-year extension.
Pagano, the 2012 cancer survivor, said, “This is absolutely the best day of my life.
