Reserve has played for Dallas, Cleveland and Seattle in four seasons.

The Indianapolis Colts’ quiet free agency added one player Tuesday in reserve running back Robert Turbin.

He’s expected to back up Frank Gore but also has been used as a kickoff returner. Turbin has played in 58 games for the Dallas Cowboys, Cleveland Browns and Seattle Seahawks. He spent parts of last season with the Cowboys and Browns. He has 281 carries for 1,127 yards (4.0 average) with one touchdown and has caught 50 passes for 450 yards and two touchdowns.
