Colorado State heads back to Moby Arena to take on the West Coast Conference’s Loyola Marymount Lions on Monday night and try right the ship after their 19-point loss to Kansas State on Saturday.
Colorado State has had four ‘benchmark’ games during their non-conference schedule and have gone 1-4. While Loyola Marymount isn’t a ‘benchmark’ game so to speak, they are the final game in the Rams non-conference schedule and could be a devastating loss when it comes to the Rams post-season hopes.
Larry Eustachy’s bunch needs find some consistency on offense. While Colorado State may have found a new weapon in their loss to Kansas State in sophomore guard Prentiss Nixon who dropped a career high 30 points against the Wildcats, newcomers Che Bob and Nico Carvacho had a grand total of three points.
