The Colorado State Rams quarterback quandary continues as true freshman Collin Hill has been diagnosed with a torn ACL, head coach Mike Bobo reveled during Monday’s press conference.
Hill left the game against Utah State in the third quarter when his knee buckled when being tackled.
Prior to Hill leaving the game he was leading a second half comeback against the Aggies and his stat line through just over three quarters was 14 of 25 for 203 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
Former starter, Nick Stevens, cam in cold as there was no warm up time and finished off the drive which was a game-tying touchdown, but a key play was Stevens completing a 22-yard pass on 3rd and 14 to get the offense a first-and-goal.
