Cleveland Browns are signing WR Terrelle Pryor, after cutting him earlier this season.
CLEVELAND-- He made the team, then he was cut and now, three months later, he's back again.
Browns WR Terrelle Pryor has signed once again with the Cleveland Browns after being cut by the team in September.
Pryor confirmed the news with a tweet of his own.

Pryor was cut by the Browns on September 10, when the team was awarded RB Robert Turbin off of waivers from the Seattle Seahawks and told Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.
