Bracketology: Nevada passes baton to Boise State

Wait, didn’t you publish an article just like this one a few weeks ago?

Yeah, pretty much.

Thanks to Nevada’s inexplicable 74-57 loss to Utah State (which came into the game tied for last in the conference), the Wolf Pack opened the door for the Boise State Broncos to once again see their name in the newest load of brackets.

BSU is slotted as a #14 seed in the South Region against Kentucky in Joe Lunardi’s latest bracket, which would be nothing short of a nightmare scenario for the young Broncos. Leon Rice’s team would also have to travel 1838 miles to Indianapolis for the matchup, while Kentucky would just hop on I-65 for three hours.
