Boise State @ Wyoming Recap

The preseason had a lot more downs than ups for Boise State’s men’s basketball team. It appears that conference play may be able to give the Broncos the boost they need to salvage the season. The Broncos opened up conference play in Laramie taking on the Wyoming Cowboys, where they came away with the 69-55 victory.

What was different?

Well, there were a number of things. First of all, the Broncos were flanked by their junior sharpshooters, Alex Hobbs and Justinian Jessup. Hobbs finished the game with 17 points and Jessup with 14 points. The two also combined to make 6/12 three point attempts, while the rest of the team struggled beyond the arc, making only 2/14 attempts.
