Boise State lands DE from Las Vegas

A three-star defensive end out of Las Vegas, Nevada is the latest recruit to pledge to Boise State’s 2016 football class.Derriyon Shaw, 6-4, 224 lbs, committed Sunday a week after his visit to the university campus. Shaw plays defensive end at Legacy High School in North Las Vegas.Before he transferred to Legacy, he played last season for Lanier High School in Sugar Hill, Georgia, where as a junior he accumulated 61 tackles, 11 sacks, nine quarterback hurries and three pass deflections.Shaw has the speed to move around the field and runs the 40 yard dash in 4.
