Broncos lose freshman shooting guard Malek Harwell for the season due to torn ACL.
The Boise State Broncos got a little thinner Thursday, as it was announced that freshman guard Malek Harwell has suffered a torn ACL and will miss the season, according to Dave Southorn of Idaho Statesman.
Tough start for Boise State basketball: freshman G Malek Harwell tore his ACL earlier this week and will redshirt.

Harwell was injured in Tuesday's practice and is expected to be redshirted for 2015.
