San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick will not be benched, at least not now. He has been nightmarishly ineffective, nonetheless, turning to Blaine Gabbert surely will not help any situation. Head coach Jim Tomsula says benching Kaepernick hasn't even crossed his mind when asked about his struggling QB. "Won't even go into that discussion," Tomsula said. "It's not on my mind."

Kaepernick is no longer a reasonable Fantasy option. He's not even a good start in two-quarterback leagues. He was expected to be the next great Fantasy quarterback. The duel-threat option we had all been waiting for.
