The New Mexico Lobos received a commitment from D.J. Green, a 5-foot-11, 166-pound corner back from Dallas (Texas) Wilson. Green also plays running back but for the Lobos he will bolster a defense often struggles stopping the pass. Green whose nick name is speedy will help the Lobos cover some of the conferences faster receivers.
He will join a long list of Lobos that played football and also excelled at track. Green won the state championship in the 110 and 300 meter hurdles this year.
Green who is rated as a 3 star CB has overcome a lot of adversity being that he is partially half deaf.
