There are now three teams left in the Mountain West baseball tournament with No. 2 seeded San Diego State still undefeated and could possibly clinch the tournament title and the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
Before the Aztecs hit the diamond, there is an elimination game between host, and No. 1 seeded New Mexico, and No. 3 Fresno State. First pitch for this game is at 1 p.m. MT and the winner faces San Diego State at 5 p.m. MT
If the Aztecs win then the tournament is over, but if San Diego State stumbles there is a winner-take-all game Sunday at 1 p.
