Boise State did not shy away from a three-star quarterback just because he had a torn ACL in December.
The Boise State Broncos earned a commitment from three-star quarterback Chase Cord out of Peoria, Arizona, on Memorial Day.
Cord is a pro-style quarterback who had plenty off offers -- 17 in total -- which included most of the Mountain West, Colorado, Utah, Indiana, Oregon State, UTEP and a few Ivy League schools were interested.
"I am very grateful for all the coaches that have presented me with an opportunity to play for their program," Cord said via his twitter account.
