With the 172nd pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, the Cleveland Browns selected Colorado State Rams wide receiver Rashard Higgins. Higgins, 6'2" and 190 pounds, was rated as both the ninth-best player at his position and the 60th-best player overall, according to Mocking The Draft.
After an All-American campaign in 2014, in which he led the Mountain West with 96 catches, 1750 yards and 17 touchdowns, Higgins's production came back to earth last year with a new quarterback in a new offensive system. However, he still managed to grab 75 passes for 1062 yards and eight scores.
