San Diego State and Fresno State fended off upset attempts from lower seeded teams to make ti to the Mountain West title game in a winner take all for the leagues very likely only NCAA Tournament bid. The loser goes to the NIT, and that might not even be the case for Fresno State.
This game moves from the shadows of pay television to the bright lights of over-the-air CBS, and hopefully this title game lives up to the rest of the tournament which has plenty of exciting games.
