A kicker/punter out of Mission Viejo, California is the 7th recruit from the Golden State to pledge to Boise State’s 2016 football class.Joel Velazquez, 6-0, 220 lbs, gave his pledge Sunday evening to head coach Bryan Harsin before announcing his decision on twitter.That decision followed a visit to the Boise campus two weeks ago.He also made visits to Arizona State, UCLA, Alabama, and Wisconsin, and held offers from several others, including Kent State, Oregon and Cal Poly. But in the end he decided to commit to the Broncos.
