Maxim Tissot has been waived by the Montreal Impact freeing up a roster spot for academy prospect David Choinière.
On Tuesday evening the Montreal Impact announced that they have released Maxim Tissot from the club and signed Montreal Impact Academy prospect David Choinière to an MLS contract. Tissot featured in seven matches so far this year, starting five, and scoring one goal. The young player from Gatineau is now free to sign with another team, the Ottawa Fury being a possible destination.
David Choinière was one of the players that went to train with Bologna FC in February prior to the start of the season.
