The Liga Professional Argentina opened last weekend, with Impact record-scorer, Nacho Piatti involved only in a four minute cameo role for San Lorenzo at the end of the game.
He replaced Lucas Menossi in the the scoreless draw with Argentinos Juniors at the Estadio Diego Armando Maradona.
San Lorenzo is in Group Five with Argentinos Juniors, Aldoviso and Estudiantes La Plata, whom they face this Saturday at home.
Estudiantes and Aldoviso also played out a scoreless draw in the group’s other game last weekend.
It was the first top level football played in Argentina since March.
