According to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, the deal to bring Gonzalo Higuain to Inter Miami is done. This was also confirmed by the Athletic’s Felipe Cardenas today.
Higuain is expected to arrive in South Florida this evening and undergo immediate quarantine before going up with the rest of the Inter-Miami squad
This all after Higuain reached an agreement with Juventus to pay out the remaining year of his contract. Reportedly new Juve boss, Andrea Pirlo saw the Argentinian striker surplus to requirements, thus making the latest development smoother than it might have been.
