Impact Reaches Agreement with Public Health to Train in Montreal

As the MLS play-offs approach, Montreal Impact has received a boost after agreement was reached with Health authorities, for the team to train in Montreal.

This means they can delay their departure to New England until the last possible moment, giving the players an additional week to recover and enjoy being back with their families.

Without such a compromise from Public Health, the team would have left Montreal for New England in the coming days.

“That, I have to say, is moral help at all levels,” Renard said. “We might have already left tomorrow or Friday for New Jersey and, there, that gives the players one more week to recover and enjoy their families.
