Luis Binks, Impact’s youthful centre-back has expressed his satisfaction at getting back on the training ground after a few days off.
“It’s been good to get a bit of shape-work before we go off to Orlando.”
He’s positive also about the tournament scheduling which sees Impact face New England, Toronto FC and DC United in that order with six days between games. Binks is also happy each of the Impact games have evening kick-offs.
“The schedule is good. I think it helps we’re not playing in the mornings because that would be tough.
