The Canadiens have assigned forward Michael Frolik to the AHL’s Laval Rocket for conditioning purposes. The Club plans to re-assign him to the taxi squad on Saturday.

The team says they will recall him to the taxi squad in time for Saturday’s game. Frolik has not played a game this season, and this is a good opportunity to have him play games.
