The Canadiens have loaned goaltender Charlie Lindgren to the Laval Rocket and recalled goaltender Michael McNiven so that he could join the team’s taxi squad. Lindgren will be available for the Rocket's games this week.

This provides Lindgren with an opportunity to play in games. He has yet to play this season as he has been on the taxi squad all season.
