There weren’t many changes to the Montreal Canadiens as they held their practice Friday afternoon in Coral Springs. All were accounted for on the ice except for Jeff Petry who was given a maintenance day. It doesn’t seem like anything to raise any red flags over, but considering the Habs’ record with players taking breaks from practice, it may be something to pay attention to.
On the bright side, David Schlemko was back with the team. The 30-year-old has missed the past two games dealing with the flu and the Habs blueline hasn’t been any better since.
