It’s been a polarizing feeling for Montreal Canadiens fans as far as their prospects go. Wednesday saw a number of future players getting named to their national team camps ahead of the 2019 World Junior Hockey Championships. One of them was Alexander Romanov.
The 18-year-old made CSKA Moscow out of camp and has spent 28 games playing for them in the KHL. Romanov has improved as the season has grown gaining more of the coaching staff’s trust getting more minutes at 5-on-5 but he may have his first season interruption.
