On Tuesday the Canadiens released their preseason schedule, starting with the Boston Bruins on September 18 in Quebec City, and culminating with a meeting against the Senators at the Bell Centre.
Today the NHL revealed the identity of the home opener opponents, and the Canadiens will face none other than the Chicago Blackhawks, on October 10th.
Before they open up the Bell Centre, the Habs will face the Sabres during their home opener on October 5th, as well as Capitals on October 7th.
