The unmistakable red helmet of Laval Rocket head coach Joel Bouchard is preparing to hit the ice once again, as the American Hockey League affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens is preparing to finally take flight in the delayed and condensed 2020-21 season.
The squad got a bit of an early jump as Group B during the brief Montreal Canadiens training camp, but now the team can finally prepare for real.
The Laval Rocket announced today that 32 players will participate in the team’s training camp which is set to start on Friday, January 22, 2021 at the Bell Centre in Montreal.
