The St. John’s IceCaps continued their six-game homestand with a weekend series against their division-leading rivals, the Syracuse Crunch. After having earned only three out of a possible eight points so far during this tough home stretch, the IceCaps had to dig deep during their meeting with the Crunch.

And dig deep they did. The IceCaps put the pedal to the metal on Saturday night, and never let up on the gas until the final buzzer sounded.
On the first power play of the night, with a feed from Zach Redmond,Terry fired a one-timer past Crunch goaltender, Kristers Gudlevskies at the 6:18 mark to get the IceCaps on the board first.
