CWHL weekend preview: Olympic talent convenes on Place Bell as Canadiennes host Calgary Inferno

Les Canadiennes and the Calgary Inferno have a rivalry that has budded in recent years thanks to back-to-back Clarkson Cup final matchups in 2016 and 2017 and each team winning once. Last year, both teams fell in the semi-finals but are raring to go with their Olympians back in the fold.

The arena for the first of the two games is the state-of-the-art Place Bell. The 10,000 seat amphitheatre in a professional venue is a stage befitting of the players on it. The community rink will host the second game on Sunday afternoon.

Saturday, October 13 - Place Bell - 6:30 p.
