Following the Montreal Canadiens’ 4-3 shootout victory over the Pittsburgh Penguins, the Canadiens returned goaltender Charlie Lindgren to the Laval Rocket of the American Hockey League.

Lindgren was recalled on an emergency basis when Carey Price was forced to miss Saturday’s game with a bout of the flu.
