Carey Price has been chosen as the Montreal Canadiens’ representative at the 2019 All-Star Game. Selected by the NHL Hockey Operations Department, he will take part in both the skills competition on Friday, January 25, and the 3-on-3 All-Star Tournament that will be played in prime time this year, on Saturday, January 26 at 8:00 PM EST.
Price is no stanger to the annual showace event, having previously played in five of them.
In 2018-19, Price has just a .904 save percentage, well down the list of goaltenders in the NHL. However, he is one of the game’s top personalities, and largely agreed to be the MVP of the Canadiens.
