The UFC is actively searching for a new opponent for Ashley Yoder after Yan Xiaonan was forced out of the UFC Singapore card on Oct. 26 due to an injury, multiple sources told MMA Fighting following a report by Combate.
Xiaonan’s foot injury doesn’t require surgery, sources said, but the Chinese strawweight can’t train for at least three weeks.
Yoder (7-4), who had a rough start in the UFC with three straight defeats, is now looking to record her third victory in a row after a pair of decision wins over Amanda Cooper and Syuri Kondo.
