A new WWE attendance record 101,763 fans witnessed Roman Reigns defeat Triple H by spear at WrestleMania 32 on Sunday at AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas.
The previous record was set at Wrestlemania 3 in 1987 when 93,173 witnessed superstar Hulk Hogan body slam Andre the Giant at Pontiac Silverdome in Pontiac, Mich.
Reigns kept targeting his spear attack throughout the matchup while eating a plethora of knees. Triple H attempted to bludgeon Reigns with a sledgehammer, but Reigns countered with a spear, securing his third heavyweight title win and his first victory in a WrestleMania main event.
