The UFC enters a new era tonight (with a brand new belt) with its debut on ESPN. The debut show to air on the UFC’s new broadcast partner is headlined by a champion vs. champion bout, which might just completely kill an entire division.
UFC Fight Night: Cejudo vs. Dillashaw sees UFC flyweight champion Henry Cejudo defending his crown versus UFC bantamweight champion T.J. Dillashaw. If Dillashaw is able to beat Cejudo for the flyweight title there’s a good chance he’ll vacate the belt. After that the belt, division, and most of the fighters who compete at 125lbs could be booted from the promotion.
