We are about to witness a monstrous heavyweight rematch of what will undoubtedly go down as 2019’s Upset of the Year. Anthony Joshua (22-1, 21 KOs) was a huge favorite against Andy Ruiz Jr (33-1, 22 KOs) when the two fought in June, and why wouldn’t he? Joshua looked like the best heavyweight in the world, Ruiz had never beaten a top-level fighter before, and he was taking the fight on short notice. Ruiz shocked the world by knocking Joshua out in the seventh round, winning Joshua’s WBO, WBA, and IBF heavyweight titles in the process.
Now on December 7th in Saudi Arabia, the rematch is on.
