The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) middleweight was just accepted into Stanford University, according to a recent Facebook post, because he worked hard and believed in himself. That's mighty impressive when you consider Stanford had a five-percent acceptance rate in 2015.

It is with great pride that I come to tell you that I was accepted at Stanford, one of the leading teaching and research universities in the world. I learned that education and sport are the basis for any person, but certainly education comes in first place.
