In final weeks leading up to Tony Ferguson's highly anticipated lightweight title bout against Khabib Nurmagomedov, ‘El Cucuy’ has showed the world some of his bizarre training methods, the latest being a speed bag workout in a blindfold and dress pants.
Ferguson, who was recorded kicking a steel pipe last week, posted the videos of his latest crazy workout on Instagram.
