Recent Netflix release Spenser Confidential featured the acting debut of Donald Cerrone, and it appears he jumped into the filmmaking process with both feet.
In a promotional video released by Netflix, Cerrone describes being involved in the choreography of the fights, explaining that director Peter Berg, “wanted to make it more action-packed and realistic.” Berg, who is involved in the boxing business as both an owner of a gym and a management company, knows a thing or two about what a real fight should look like.
While Cerrone clearly had a great time, stating “I can’t believe they pay me to do this,” and that it “has been such a fun experience for me,” it seems co-star Mark Wahlberg had a slightly different experience.
