Video: Conor McGregor leaves NYC police station in handcuffs after UFC 223 antics

After spending a night in jail at the NYPD’s 78th precinct jail in Brooklyn, Conor McGregor has left the building — in handcuffs.

WBZ | CBS Boston News tweeted a video of the former UFC lightweight and featherweight champion being removed from jail, wearing restraints, and being accompanied by two police officials. McGregor was presumably being escorted to court where he is likely to be arraigned in connection to what occurred at the Barclays Center yesterday.

The ‘McGregor Incident’, at the arena which will be hosting UFC 223 on Saturday night, began when McGregor, and an entourage which included fellow fighters Charlie Ward and Artem Lobov, gate-crashed a scheduled media day event.
