Velasquez ahead of UFC 200: 'I know how to stay healthy now'

After his stunning first-round win over Brock Lesnar at UFC 121 in 2010, Cain Velasquez was hyped as the next heavyweight great to succeed Fedor Emelianenko.

Unfortunately for Velasquez, a series of injuries sidelined him from competition and the Mexican-American has fought an average of just once per year in the last four years.

ACL tears, MCL tears and a host of other injuries have long-plagued Velasquez but the former two-time heavyweight champion appears to be on the mend and staying healthy for the future.

Velasquez spoke to FOX News Latino ahead of his clash with Travis Browne at UFC 200 and described some of the adjustments he's made in the gym.
