An intriguing featherweight match-up has been added to UFC 216, as undefeated Canadian prospect Gavin Tucker is set to return against former WSOF champion Rick Glenn on Sept. 9 in Edmonton, Canada. The Chronicle Herald first reported the booking on Thursday.
Tucker (10-0) made a memorable first impression in his UFC debut this past February, dismantling Sam Sicilia en route to a one-sided unanimous decision win at UFC Fight Night 105. The 30-year-old Tucker has finished eight of his 10 professional victories. Nicknamed "The Newfoundland Terror,” he has never fought outside of his native Canada, and that trend will continue at UFC 216.
