UFC’s schedule for first-half of 2019 features twenty events from January to June

The UFC unveiled its second quarter schedule for 2019, and barring any cancellations, we’ll be seeing ten shows from April to June. There will be three PPV events, two Fight Night on ESPN shows, and five Fight Night on ESPN+ cards, and each month will have one weekend with no event at all.

Of course, the original plan for the first quarter was eleven events, but UFC 233 got booted off the calendar, so both quarters will yield a combined 20 shows through the first half of the new year. The plan is for 42 events, so the second-half is slated to have 22, otherwise it would’ve been an even 21/21 split prior to UFC 233 getting scrapped.
