A UFC fighter was seriously injured over the weekend.
Rachael Ostovich was attacked and hospitalized with a broken orbital bone, among other possible injuries, sources confirmed Monday with MMA Fighting. TMZ was the first to report the news Sunday night.
ESPN confirmed Ostovich’s condition with her Sucker Punch management team, reporting that Ostovich was treated at a hospital in her hometown of Honolulu and released.
TMZ reported in a later update that the Honolulu Police Department has opened up a felony domestic violence investigation in the case, but no arrest has been made.
