Lewis is looking to rebound from a failed bid for the UFC heavyweight title against Daniel Cormier this past November, while dos Santos, a former champion himself, has won three of his last four fights.
UFC Wichita takes place at INTRUST Bank Arena on March 9, with the main card airing on the ESPN+ streaming service.
