UFC veteran Myles Jury signs with Bellator

Myles Jury has a new home.

The UFC veteran has signed a multi-fight deal with Bellator, ESPN reported Thursday.

Jury is expected to make his debut later this year. He will compete in the lightweight division.

Jury (18-4) will enter the promotion riding a two-fight skid. In his last bout, the 30-year-old fell to Andre Fili by unanimous decision in February at UFC Phoenix. Prior to that, he was knocked out by former UFC title challenger Chad Mendes in Mendes’ return fight.

Jury, who joined the UFC after competing on The Ultimate Fighter 15 in 2012, competed at 155 pounds for his seven first bouts in the promotion, recording a record of 6-1.
