The UFC announced yesterday that Frankie Edgar vs. Pedro Munhoz would headline the upcoming UFC Vegas 7 card on Aug. 22, with Yoel Romero vs. Uriah Hall set to serve as the co-main event.
“Coming soon! Munhoz-Edgar takes the main event slot of #UFCVegas7 w/ Romero-Hall joining the action,” the UFC posted on Wednesday.
Edgar, the former UFC lightweight champion, will look to snap a two-fight losing skid and crack the UFC’s top ten bantamweight rankings with a win over Munhoz, who is looking to rebound from his unanimous decision loss to Aljamain Sterling at UFC 238.
