The UFC is back in the Apex for a fight night card headlined by two fighters who are always looking to end their shift early in Thiago Santos and Johnny Walker. While Santos and Walker are coming into this fight with a combined record of 1-5 in their last six matchups, that doesn’t mean fight fans shouldn’t be excited about this matchup.
Santos himself is on a three-fight skid that started with the Jon Jones title loss that also saw him fight with two blown-out knees, and it seems that may have been a worse decision for his long-term success.
