UFC Vegas 33 medical suspensions: Hall, Strickland facing six-month layoffs

The headliners of UFC Vegas 33 are two of nine fighters facing possible six-month layoffs after the event.

Sean Strickland dominated Uriah Hall en route to a unanimous decision win, but both men are looking at the same amount of time away from the Octagon for different reasons. Per the medical suspensions handed down by the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) via mixedmartialarts.com, Strickland needs an X-ray of his left thigh and knee as well as an evaluation on a lower prosthetic tooth or he cannot fight again until 2022. Hall needs clearance for a right orbital floor fracture or he, too, cannot fight again until 2022.
